  • If you cancel your purchase before the reptile is shipped, we will refund your payment minus a non-refundable $100 fee.
  • If we cancel the sale, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you decide to return the animal within the 7-day guarantee period, you are responsible for shipping it back. A refund will be issued only after the animal is returned in the same condition it was received. Consider your purchase carefully as these are live animals, and shipping them is challenging.
  • Refunds will not exceed the total purchase price of the animal.

By purchasing a bearded dragon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General

  • Dragons are not held without payment. To guarantee your choice, you must purchase it.
  • Dragons will not be held for more than 14 days after payment.
  • Buyers must be at least 18 years old.
  • The temperament of animals is not guaranteed due to their unpredictable nature.

Shipping

  • Due to COVID-19 delays, all animals must be picked up at the FedEx hub; no home deliveries are available.
  • Shipping occurs on Tuesdays for arrival on Wednesdays.
  • After purchase, we will contact you via email to discuss your shipping options.
  • If you cancel the purchase before the reptile is shipped, we will refund your payment minus a $100 non-refundable fee. If we cancel the sale, you will receive a full refund.
  • Shipment will be scheduled for a mutually agreed-upon date. If poor weather prevents shipment, a new date will be discussed. If no agreement is reached, a full refund will be issued.

Animal Attributes

  • The delivered animal will be exactly as advertised.
  • We guarantee the sex, genetics, and health of the animal. If any of these are incorrect, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued only after the dragon is returned.

Animal Health

  • The animal's health is guaranteed for 7 days.
  • Live arrival is guaranteed under these conditions:
    • The customer must pick up the animal from the FedEx hub on the same day it is delivered.
    • Any shipping issues must be reported within 3 hours of pickup, with pictures as evidence.

Returns

  • If you decide to return the animal within the 7-day guarantee period, you are responsible for shipping it back. A refund will be issued only after the animal is returned in the same condition it was received. Carefully consider your purchase, as these are live animals and shipping them is challenging.

Shipping Policy

  • Small, privately owned FedEx shipping centers do not accept animal shipments. Use a FedEx hub instead.

  • After purchase, we will email you with FedEx hub pickup options and the shipment date.
